The class-leading ATEX Zone 1 smartphone, the IS530.1, has been continually built upon since its introduction to the market making it the perfect hazardous area device for mobile workers.
The IS530.1 has been designed from the ground up to give users as many options as possible when it comes to using the device and now with peripherals such as a thermal camera, RFID reader, barcode scanner, and remote speaker mic, mobile workers have the perfect tool for any job at their disposal.
To take thermal readings while on the move without needing additional equipment, the IS-TC1A.1 thermal camera has been developed. This device can be attached to the IS530.1 via the interface port and enables readings from -40 °C to 330 °C in a matter of seconds. The image is then available to view on the screen of the smartphone and can be sent directly from there via email or any other digital format.
Barcodes and RFID tags can be scanned directly on the IS530.1 with the use of the IS-TH.1 and the IS-MP.1, which enable users to read and input data while on the move without the need for dedicated devices. The IS-TH.1 is a barcode trigger handle which can attach to the interface port of the IS530.1 while the IS-MP.1 is an RFID reader which can read tags then transfer the data via Bluetooth to the smartphone.
The IS-RSMG2.1 is a wired remote speaker microphone which allows users to take advantage of push-to-talk communications while in hazardous areas. The loudspeaker in the IS-RSMG2.1 is purpose-built to be used in noisy environments where it can be difficult to hear most communications.
