The ExSight High-Level Inspection Camera is an ATEX Zone 22 certified inspection system designed to provide clear, real-time visibility of elevated and hard-to-reach areas in hazardous dust environments.
Developed specifically for ATEX high-level inspection and cleaning applications, ExSight enables operators to carry out detailed visual surveys from ground level. By mounting the camera onto a high-reach pole or cleaning system, users can assess dust accumulation, structural condition, and cleaning effectiveness without the need for working at height.
The system combines a compact camera unit with a 5” HD monitor, delivering live video, image capture, and recording capabilities. This allows operators to document conditions before, during, and after cleaning, supporting safer working practices and improved compliance in ATEX Zone 22 environments.
Designed to integrate seamlessly with existing high-reach vacuum systems, ExSight becomes part of a complete inspection and cleaning workflow rather than a standalone device.

high-reach cleaning systems
ExSight has been developed specifically to complement ATEX high-reach vacuum cleaning systems, allowing inspection and cleaning to be carried out as a single, controlled process.
Mounted directly onto a telescopic pole or cleaning setup, the camera provides continuous visual feedback during operation. This enables operators to identify dust build-up, guide cleaning in real time, and immediately verify results without lowering equipment or repositioning.
The result is a more efficient workflow with fewer interruptions, reduced time at height, and greater confidence that high-level areas have been cleaned thoroughly and in line with site requirements.

The ExSight system is also available as a complete high-reach inspection package, combining the camera with a lightweight telescopic carbon fibre pole.
Extending up to 10 metres (34 ft), the pole allows operators to carry out detailed inspections of elevated areas such as ducting, pipework, beams, and roof structures while remaining safely at ground level.
Designed for use in ATEX Zone 22 environments, the pole integrates directly with the ExSight camera and includes a secure mounting arrangement to ensure stability during operation.

To maintain safe operation within hazardous areas, the following should be observed:
- Charging of the camera and monitor must always be carried out outside of the hazardous area
- Camera setup and focusing should be completed in a safe area before use
- The camera must be correctly installed within its protective housing prior to entering the hazardous area
- The monitor access port should only be opened outside of the hazardous area
- The system is designed for typical inspection use and should not be exposed to high-impact conditions
