Ex UniCase enables standard Apple iPads to be used safely in hazardous areas by integrating them into a certified, explosion-protected enclosure. This allows operators to deploy familiar iOS applications for inspection, reporting, digital workflows, and visualisation in ATEX and IECEx Zone 2 and Zone 22 environments.
The UniCase enclosure is designed to maintain full iPad functionality, with access to buttons, cameras, audio, and charging interfaces, while providing robust mechanical and impact protection. A modular design allows the iPad itself to be replaced or upgraded without changing the certified enclosure, helping extend service life and reduce total cost of ownership in industrial applications.
iPad is not included.

ATEX Zone 1 iPad Case
An iPad Mini Certified for ATEX Zone 1 which enables use in hazardous areas.
As well as enabling use in hazardous areas the XCZ1 case also completely seals and offers serious environmental protection to the iPad Mini 5 or iPad Mini 6 so it will survive in most conditions.
With dimensions of just 225mm x 156mm x 18mm and weighing 1Kg it frees the iPad user from the restrictions of non certified product and allows time saving operations removing the need for pen and paper.
