It is now 10 years since Exloc Instruments UK came into existence. From humble beginnings with just one full time employee in a tiny office above a shop in Uppermill, Exloc has grown exponentially to become a major player in the hazardous industries sector. Now employing 9 staff at our Delph office and having announced a 40% increase in turnover for the financial year ending August 22, Exloc is continuing to grow.

Significant milestones such as this often involve casting a glance over the path we have forged, and remembering our achievements and the awards and compliments we have received over the years. As a company, we are proud to have become a dominant name in the supply of hazardous area approved mobility devices and intrinsically safe interfacing solutions thanks to our customers who know they can rely on us to deliver a high level of expertise and customer service.

It would be untrue to say that the first decade of Exloc hasn’t been without its challenges, especially recently with the issues brought on by Brexit and the Covid pandemic, however, with the support of a committed and talented team, Exloc has developed into a company we can all be proud of.

Managing Director, Andrew Tither, said “in the coming years Exloc Instruments intend to continue to build the team to face the challenges ahead and continue our development for the years to come.”

Thank you to all who have contributed to Exloc’s story so far and we look forward to an even more exciting and prosperous decade ahead.
