5G Windows Tablet for ATEX Zone 2/22

The IS945.2 is a rugged 10.1-inch Windows tablet designed for safe and reliable data communication in ATEX and IECEx Zone 2/22 hazardous areas. Running Windows 11 IoT Enterprise LTSC for Arm64, it enables industrial teams to access familiar Windows applications, documentation and digital workflows directly in the field.

Powered by a Qualcomm® QCM6490 octa-core processor with 8 GB of RAM, the IS945.2 delivers responsive performance for inspections, maintenance activities, reporting and other industrial applications. It also includes 128 GB of internal storage, with support for additional storage using a microSD card.

The large 10.1-inch display features Corning® Gorilla® Glass and can be operated while wearing gloves. Integrated 5G, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth® 5.2 and satellite positioning provide flexible connectivity across industrial sites, while front and rear cameras support documentation, remote assistance and video communication.

An 8160 mAh field-replaceable battery helps reduce downtime during extended working periods. The IS945.2 is also IP68-rated, tested to MIL-STD-810H and suitable for use in temperatures from -20°C to +55°C, providing dependable operation in challenging industrial environments.

IS-HDHS1B.1 Headset Set (Neckband)

Comfortable, noise-insulating headset with outstanding features such as a pleasant wearing comfort thanks to the soft ear pads, first-class audio components, approx. 27 dB sound attenuation and a microphone with excellent noise cancellation. The robust design is also suitable for difficult environments and the textile headband allows helmets and bump caps to be worn.

IS-HDHS1C.1 Headset Set (Helm Mount)

IS-PTTB1A.1 PTT Button Set (16-pin)

The housing of the PTT button is made of impact-resistant, fibreglass-reinforced plastic and is ideally suited for robust use. Thanks to the splash water protection, it can also be used in a damp environment or in daily use in outdoor areas without any worries. There is a fastening clip on the back for attachment. The large, fluorescent transmit button allows safe operation even in hectic situations and the additional mountable protective ring prevents the button from being pressed accidentally.

4-point Harness System tablet

The carrying strap system, made of Teflon impregnated Cordura®, is designed for use with the new Leather Cases of the IS910.x, IS930.x & IS940.x devices. It ensures safe carrying in front of the body and consists of an ergonomic back harness with extra large contact areas on the shoulders. The strap adjustment options allow the working height and angle of inclination to be adjusted as required.

Vehicle mount IS930.x/IS910.x/IS94x.x

The extremely stable and robust vehicle mount for the tablets of the IS940.x, IS945.x, IS930.x and IS910.x series designed for the rough industrial use „heavy duty". With the two connecting arms of different lengths, it can be adapted to the different vehicle interiors.

IS-Stylus Set

Stylus for operating touch screens. Made of metal with exchangeable rubber tip and plastic spiral cable. Stylus dimensions: 125 x 10 mm (L x ø); length of spiral cable: flexible from 24 to 70 cm.

PanzerGlass™ IS940.x/IS945.x

PanzerGlass® foil for an extended protection of the display. Suitable for the devices IS940.x and IS45.x.
