The Armadex TCO-60 is an ATEX and IECEx certified inspection camera for use in Zone 2 gas and Zone 22 dust hazardous areas. Designed for industrial inspection, maintenance and asset documentation, it combines a high-resolution multi-camera system with optical zoom, image stabilisation and local image storage in a practical handheld format.
The camera system includes a 50 MP main camera, 13 MP ultra-wide camera and 10 MP telephoto camera. With 3× optical zoom and up to 30× hybrid zoom, the TCO-60 gives operators more flexibility when recording equipment, labels, components and wider inspection areas, including details that cannot easily be approached closely.
Images and video are stored locally on the device, with 256 GB of internal storage available. Data is transferred via USB-C outside the hazardous area, providing a straightforward offline workflow without the need for cloud services, subscriptions or proprietary image-management software.

Detailed imaging for industrial inspection
Different inspection tasks can place very different demands on a camera. A wide view may be useful for documenting the overall condition of an asset, while individual components, identification plates or areas at greater distance need considerably more detail.
The TCO-60 addresses this with three rear cameras rather than relying on a single fixed imaging system. Its 50 MP main camera is supported by a 13 MP ultra-wide camera and 10 MP telephoto camera, together with phase detection autofocus, HDR and macro photography.
Optical image stabilisation is provided on the main and telephoto cameras, helping to maintain image clarity during handheld inspections. Video can also be recorded at up to 4K UHD resolution where moving footage provides more useful inspection evidence than still photography alone.
