Features
Gas Leak Detection and Measurement
The CRY8125 detects a wide range of industrial gases, including natural gas, hydrogen and carbon monoxide, even in challenging environments such as refineries and chemical plants. By visualising sound, the camera allows engineers to quickly pinpoint leak locations and estimate leak rates in real time, supporting faster decision-making and more efficient maintenance planning.
Partial Discharge Detection
In addition to gas leak detection, the CRY8125 supports advanced partial discharge (PD) inspections on electrical assets. The system can locate PD sources and assist with identifying the type of discharge, helping maintenance teams assess asset condition before failures occur.
Ergonomic, Industrial Design
Despite its high performance, the CRY8125 remains lightweight and easy to handle. The rubber-moulded housing and ergonomic grip support comfortable single-handed operation, while the large high-resolution display ensures clear visualisation of acoustic images in both indoor and outdoor environments.
Replaceable Battery for Extended Inspections
The CRY8125 is supplied with smart, replaceable batteries, each providing up to five hours of continuous operation. With two batteries included as standard, the system supports a full day of inspections without interruption, even in remote or hard-to-access locations.
Wireless Connectivity and Reporting
Built-in Bluetooth® and Wi-Fi allow wireless headset use and cable-free data transfer, reducing trip hazards and improving mobility in busy industrial environments. Inspection data can be transferred directly to reporting software for analysis, documentation and sharing.
