The IS440.2 brings the next generation of secure Push-to-Talk (PoC) communication into hazardous areas. Designed for use in ATEX/IECEx Zone 2/22, this intrinsically safe 5G radio delivers reliable voice and data connectivity over public or private 4G/5G networks and Wi-Fi®.

With a user-focused design, the IS440.2 features a replaceable battery, large and tactile buttons, a powerful front-facing speaker, and an integrated belt clip for safe carrying in demanding industrial environments. Compatibility with previous radio technologies is ensured via a gateway, allowing seamless integration into existing communication systems.

Pre-installed App World gives users direct access to selected applications such as PoC, PTT, and mobile device management solutions — keeping the IS440.2 flexible, up to date, and future-ready.

IS-HDHS1B.1 Headset Set (Neckband)

Comfortable, noise-insulating headset with outstanding features such as a pleasant wearing comfort thanks to the soft ear pads, first-class audio components, approx. 27 dB sound attenuation and a microphone with excellent noise cancellation. The robust design is also suitable for difficult environments and the textile headband allows helmets and bump caps to be worn.

IS-HDHS1C.1 Headset Set (Helm Mount)

Comfortable, noise-insulating headset with outstanding features such as a comfortable fit thanks to the soft ear pads, first-class audio components, approx. 27 dB sound attenuation and a microphone with excellent noise cancellation. The helmet attachment can be selected depending on the helmet type.

IS-PTTB2A.1 PTT Button Set (8-pin)

The housing of the PTT button is made of impact-resistant, fibreglass-reinforced plastic and is ideally suited for robust use. Thanks to the splash water protection, it can also be used in a damp environment or in daily use in outdoor areas without any worries. There is a fastening clip on the back for attachment. The large, fluorescent transmit button allows safe operation even in hectic situations and the additional mountable protective ring prevents the button from being pressed accidentally.

Acoustic Tube IS-HSx.x

Acoustic Tube for replacement when the headset is worn out. Suitable for IS-HS1.1 (13-pin), IS-HS2A.1 (16-pin), and IS-HS3A.1 (8-pin) Packaging unit 10 pieces.

Klick Fast Connector IS440.x

The Klick Fast Connector, when attached to the IS440.x, slides and locks easily into any Klick Fast Dock. Once docked, the IS440.x can be rotated to any of seven ratcheted positions. It is undocked quickly and easily by rotating to its inverted position and sliding it free. Suitable for the devices of the IS440.x series.
